The Rules of Blogging


Like the rules of health....

1. Consistency is the most important
2. Have meaning to what you do
3. Don't binge on things that are unhealthy for you (hellooooo Publix chocolate chip cookies)
4. Pace yourself


And 5. If you fall down, pick yourself up and keep walking.
